asked for bulk suppliers and pointed out that consumer shops sometimes do bulk deals but are country-limited. For someone outside those local markets the practical routes are different: authorized IT distributors (B2B), wholesalers/liquidation houses, OEM direct accounts, and trade marketplaces. Each has different paperwork, minimums, and warranty rules, so pick the channel that fits your volumes and risk tolerance.
Start with a short, practical process:
If you cannot qualify for distributor accounts, consider pooled buys, local refurbishers, or reputable liquidation dealers. When buying from third parties always verify authenticity: confirm manufacturer part numbers, ask for clear photos of labels, request serial ranges when applicable, and check the seller's trade references or business registration. Include landed cost (price + shipping + duties + VAT) in comparisons so unit price is not misleading.
Cautions: counterfeit and grey-market parts are real risks in bulk buys. Protect yourself with documented warranty terms, negotiate short inspection windows, and use payment methods that offer recourse for fraud. Quick checklist for the first outreach:
This approach keeps negotiations factual and helps avoid surprises when scaling a hardware purchase.

Those would probably be good if I was in the UK, but I'm not :(, lol. I guess I could just use Newegg, but if I could buy parts in bulk from a distributer that would be better (and probably cheaper per part). Thanks though.
