I have a Dell Inspiron 3520 laptop and am using a USB Mouse. Cannot disable the touchpad.
Downloaded the Dell utility to turn it off, and upon booting up it turns it back on.
I've tried uninstalling drivers in device manager (touchpad, PS/2 device) checked the BIOS (couldn't find it).
So far everything is restored when it reboots except there is no touchpad icon in device manager anymore
it is a PS/2 connected device.
