I'm trying install a software from Internet. I keep getting the warning message from Internet Security Warning that 'Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher". I don;t know how to pass this. can I turn off something somewhere so I can be able install that software. Drive me crazy that Windows blocked something and did't give me a option so I can choose by my self do I wanna block or not. Please help me.

I do not use IE much but look in Tools/Internet options/security - there should be a setting you can fiddle there.

I did check Tools. I did put my computer at risk and still nothing. Still blocking. :((( help please
