MY USB PORT OF MY TOSHIBA SATELLITE NOTEBOOK APPEARS TO SAY TO NOT RECOGNIZE MY KEYBOARD.

Before this incident, i was working on my MSConfiguration; "stopping" unesasary services that were running on my computer to speed up my system. I did write down which of the services i STOPPED:

Services from MsConfig that I stopped:

Workstation
WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service
Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache 3.0.0.0
Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)
User Profile Service
Program Compability Assistant Service
KtmRm for Distributed Transaction Coordinator

Then after i was done with that. I tried to use my USB Keyboard and it was not recognized. I tried to RESTART the Services from above and nothing happend. Restarted my computer and nothing...
Please Help
I believe i accidentally sttopped something with the services....
