i installed iTweak software in my lap , which is having vista OS , while i start up , the I tweak is blocked my vista , how can i rectify this ???

One last block might be that the program needs to be "run as administrator". Right click on the application and choose "run as administrator".

Sounds that vista have lots of problem when it comes to compatibility to other software.

Agreed. It does have a lot of compatibility issues. Software once compatible with XP sometimes isn't with vista.
