I bought a graphics card awhile back, and the connection it has on it is s-video. However, the connector they gave me could either connect to the tv via s-video or through the red green blue hd cable. I set my tv to component which is the same setting is use to play xbox in hd. the picture is fine, however, I'm having trouble getting sound through the tv. I can do this correct? Is there any tips? Thank you!

The RGB cables are for video only. You'll have get a cable to go from your sound card to your tv as well.
