i 'am trying to remove nero 7 and nero ultra from my computer with no sucess. i keep getting the shell manager data base is corrupt or missing.i have purchased a regestry cleaner but still can't get rid of it,there seems to be some "black opps" thing going on with the method to resolve this problem.can someone help!!

Oh. You do not need that registry cleaner [and there are good free ones out there..], you need the Nero General Clean Tool from here:
http://www.nero.com/enu/tools-utilities.html
It is the only way to remove Nero properly.
