Jump to PostTry to start in Safe mode(Press F8 Before the Windows 7 Splash Screen) and if it's a virus you can remove with some antivirus. If don't work in safe mode, reinstall windows.

did you just install something; like Win 7? What happened?
If you have done nothing recently then I would suspect either some hardware failure on your motherboard, or a virus.
