Anyone got any advice for helping? It reports it can't update with this error code. Have searched for fixes and this comes up:
1. Click Start.
2. Choose Run.
3. In the Run box, type (pressing okay after the command) :-
Regsvr32 QMGR.DLL
But it hasn't helped, any ideas please?

Try this one;
Click Start, select run, type: regsvr32 wuaueng.dll
Nope, no joy. That command also looks familiar. Thanks anyhows.
