MSN Deletion Problems :(

First of all my windows live communications platform stopped working. After several attempts trying to fix it by doing things such as uninstalling and trying to install the program again and deleting some files that may have caused the problem, i decided to delete the program from my Program Files.

I deleted that along with some other files and even uninstalled it using control panel. However now, when I go to download msn again I am told that I already have the program.

How can I install it again ?

Help would be greatly appreciated :)

i cant remember which utility it was exactly but i'd downloaded the utility program which clean up the de-installation mess. I think it was for Adobe.
