Hi everyone. I'm a new guy here and I have a problem with my Internet Explorer

Since a few days ago, Internet Explorer kept opening up by itself like a pop-up window. When it opens, my computer all of the sudden slowed down and found and .exe file in the task manager. I tried ending it's process and Internet Explorer closes by itself and everything went back to normal. After about 30 minutes, the same thing occurred again and it's been like that ever since. I,ve tried installing different anti virus and malware and all of the scans showed no sign of virus.

Can somebody help me? I'm this close to reformatting my computer.

Folow the given steps:
Download Random's System Information Tool
Right click on RSIT.exe and select "Run As Administrator" to run it. If Windows UAC prompts you, please allow it.
Please read the disclaimer... click on Continue.
RSIT will start running. When done... 2 logs files...will be produced.
The first one, "log.txt", <<will be maximized... the second one, "info.txt", <<will be minimized.
These log files can be found in the C:\RSIT folder
