Has anyone ever seen this it's a dell inspiron laptop (sorry don't have the model) my customer upgraded to win 7 and he gets screens that look like this, We've uninstalled and re-installed the video driver 2 or 3 times. The only way to clear it up is to change the size of the window or press F5 to rerefresh. he also says that if he deletes a file he needs to press f5 and refresh to see the file dissapear. Jump to Postright click on the desktop ,/screen resolution/advanced settings /monitor ,and check and or change the refresh rate ,and make sure color set to 32 bit ,also make sure screen resolution it at correct setting for the laptop
