Hi there,

Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 2.

From the server and within 'Server Management > Client Computers' when I click on a computer name and choose 'Offer Remote Assistance' I get the following error:

Help and Support Error

Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not running.
To fix this problem, start the service name 'Help and Support'.

Now, if I go to an XP machine and open 'Remote Assistance,' although I cannot send remote invitations via Windows Messenger as its disabled, I can save one to a shared folder and open it from any computer, which the server wont let me start a session to, and so starting a remote session.

Obviously its something on the server which is the problem.

Any ideas?
