I did a system restore a few hours ago due to a windows update that caused my newly set up dsl to stop working. I was stuck on dial up here forever and never bothered to download updates due to it taking years and when I do this is what happens..after the system restore that's working fine..but, my computer is slower then it's ever been..

Also forgot to mention that I did run avast, avg and TM housecall..all was clean except housecall thinking 3 of my games were viruses
My log..

I would suggest a few options. After a system restore it puts the registry back as it was at the 'restore' point. that full working registry may not be able to respond to software that was added after the restore point (in your case the dsl drivers etc. You may need to reinstall some of those.
Secondly you seem to have a lot going on on the machine and my expereince is the leaner and meaner a computer is the better it runs so a look at what is actually needed would be good
Finally a good clean up program (including the registry ) like windows system care 3 would help.
