Hi

I'm asking for help on half of my cousin, shes got a new hotmail account only recently and well it wont let her send e-mails to other hotmail account users. I'm on Yahoo and she was able to recieve and send me e-mails but just not to anyone thats got a hotmail acocunt themselves.

Could anyone help me asap to resolve this issue?

Her husband has e-mailed hotmail about it and Hotmail told them what to do. They did it and it still doesnt work.

EDIT : Also i forgot to mention that when she sends the e-mail shes gets an e-mail saying that the message could not be sent

There's probably just something a bit wrong with the server her account is on. It will probably resolve itself in a day or two.
