Hi,
I'll post my info on my USB device. I have XP Pro with SP 1, and a Trinity 400(S1854) motherboard.
Can someone please tell me how I can get the "enhanced" USB 2.0? Do I have to buy a new card(is that what it is called), or download something from somewhere to make it a 2.o enhanced??
I am totally confused.
Here is my info

Hello,

USB is a hardware device, and it uses software drivers to interface with the OS. In order to have USB 2.0, you need to have hardware that operates to the USB 2.0 standard, and then the software drivers for it to function properly.

If your motherboard / supplied USB is not 2.0 compliant, then you need to add a PCI card with the ports, and check to make sure that they are compatable with your OS.

I'm trying to find a driver for your device identified as USB\VID_058F&PID_6369.
Do you haave such a thing, or did you install without a driver?
Thanks for your consideration.
