A few weeks ago I fitted a new network card into my PC, but have recently taken it back out again.
So now when I when I go to a Windows XP shut down, the machine shuts down as it should, but the fan on the power supply doesn't go off and the hard drive light stay's on for a few minutes then go's off. But the power supply fan stay's on, this never happened before I removed this network card.
I have check the power setting's in XP and there OK, but a funny thing is that if any updates run on my PC and after I select restart later, then later shut the PC down it shut down with problems.
Please help
