Thread update and practical next steps for a failing drive (references: , , )

First priority: protect the data. If any files are important, stop running repair cycles that write to the disk and copy files off immediately. If the netbook will not boot, use a Linux live USB (or a WinPE/Hirens-type environment) to mount the drive and copy critical folders to an external disk. If read errors occur during copying, use a cloning tool that tolerates bad sectors (Clonezilla or GNU ddrescue) to create an image to a healthy drive before attempting repairs.

Diagnose severity with SMART and vendor diagnostics. Run a SMART check (smartctl on Linux or a GUI tool on Windows) and look at Reallocated_Sector_Count, Current_Pending_Sector, and Offline_Uncorrectable. If those counters are nonzero or rising, the drive is physically failing. Also try the Dell pre-boot hardware diagnostics from the one-time boot menu (press F12 at power-on) to get a vendor test result.

Decide repair vs replace. Surface-fix attempts can sometimes remap sectors but also stress a failing disk and make recovery harder; imaging first is safest. If SMART/diagnostics indicate failure, plan to replace the drive (many Inspiron Minis use a 2.5" SATA or an internal flash module—check the service manual). After replacement restore the disk image or reinstall the OS and download drivers from Dell Support. If the machine is under warranty, contact Dell for service.

Extras: check BIOS to confirm the drive is detected, keep the netbook on stable power during any tests, and note that Windows 7 has reached end of support (Jan 14, 2020) — consider a supported OS if you reinstall.

can u be clearer with the encountered problem

the signature links are clear though

there is bad sector in my hard disk.

right click on c: drive and properties and then click the tools tab. under error-checking click "check now" button and check both boxes and ok and will have you schedule for next boot then restart computer and this will run for a while maybe a few hours if it finds something and then you should be ok.
