Hello i need some major help ! i cannot recover my computer, every time i reboot and i hold f10 for system recovery, everything loads up fine then when it comes to the blue screen something popsup then goes aways and my computer restarts, and i need some help couse ive been tryin to restore my computer as when it came as new..=\

Jump to PostFirst and foremost, try to restore it to a more recent date. It is my experience doing system restores that the most recent of restore dates ( like a week or 2) work the best.

do you have a windows xp disk or something that came with the computer? it is possible your windows restores have become corrupted.
