Installing an application is more than just copying files to a folder (which it may be possible to undelete as long as the disk areas have not been overwritten). It usually involves things like registry changes and such. If you have uninstalled an application and want it restored you could possibly

  1. restore a system restore point that was made before the uninstall if you have one
  2. restore a disk image that was made before the uninstall if you have one
  3. reinstall the application if you still have the install media
