Before anyone says looks at previous posts i have done and followed all the advise there but i have more of a problem.......
Im currently running XP Home, Cant access Control Panel, when i go to start/run/and type "cmd" its not recognised i have to type "command" to get the prompt up. I have done all the restore files to the original state. Still no joy.
did a search for the *.cpl files hopefully to find in the System32 folder, but i dont have that, It only show its on my E:\ driver (as im running two operating systems, xp home and xp pro. both on seperate hard drives)
It this right to happen ? If not any advise appreciated !
