When I enter a partition and right click a folder or try to delete a folder, the explorer.exe process hangs for a few seconds, then drwtsn32.exe crashes and I can't do anything untill I Ctrl+Alt+Del and shut drwtsn32.exe off.

Why is it happening? I just reinstalled Windows a week ago.
