  1. Test with an external display.
  2. Do the LCD FLASHLIGHT TEST (see google on how.)
  3. Always supply the full model number, age and how many feet of water was submerged in (tell the story.)

Follow these steps:
1: Create a rescue flash drive
2: Remove the hard drive
3: Insert the flash drive
4: Press the WIN + V and turn on the device keeping these keys for a few seconds.
