Okay, so, a strange problem with my desktop, it doesn't show up, the icons do, but the picture I picked as my desktop doesn't.

Now, when I enlarge the Start Taskbar, the picture shows up for some reason. And then when I put the taskbar back, it goes back to that blue.

Any idea why this is happening? And any idea what I should do to fix it?
