XP...suddenly Windows Installer isn't working...tried installing 3.1, and all indicates that it installed, but still isn't working.
Do I need to install 3.0 first.

Is there an "uninstall" for Windows Installer that i need to run?

What are the steps for me to get this darned thing fixed????
