We have Comcast as our internet, cable and phone carrier. They installed a wireless router and we have two laptops. My HP conncects to the wireless network and everything works. However, my husband's Toshiba all of a sudden cannot connect to the internet, although it shows that the wireless connection is fine and signal strength is fine too. He is able to connect to our neighbor's wireless network and connect to the internet, but it's not consistent because it keeps trying to connect back to our own network.
Any suggestion what is going on? The wireless network seems to be working because my laptop is connecting fine. What could be the problem?
