Help - We have a BT Router and and HP PC. We have two VOIP lines on the router and sveral Laptops using the router for Internet access and document sharing and SAGE200 POP/SOP access on the HP PC. All works well.
The issue is that the connection between the HP PC and the Router keeps dropping (disconnecting) acces to the internet and the shared documents and Sage for the laptops is not affected and the VOIP lines are ok. SAGE in on a SQL server I am going out of my mind as I use Logmein (try to anyway) to acess the HP PC and as it keeps dropping it is a night mare. HP and BT have hit a brick wall. Can anyone help?????
I have successfully used a Linksys router and the connections between the HP PC and the Router is constant but this Linksys router does not support the VOIP lines.

Try googling "LOGMEIN Problems". There's plenty there to feed on.
Is there a firewall in the VT2700 you can configure for your connexion?
