What would be a good brand of heatsinks and fans for my cpu. my cpu is running pretty hot and i need it to run cooler brfore i fry it.

i just built a computer and i was wondering if lc was the best way to go because my pc runs pretty hot with 4 fans in it and i dont feel like having a bunch o noisy fans in my pc.

i just built a pc with win XP and every time i try to install win xp it stops about 20 min. while installing and says hardware malfuntion and i am at a loss so if anyone can help me please do. Thanks

I would go with a CTR because my dad has a LCD and it sucks. Limited view and if any light is on it you cnt see crap and it was $400 so i would go with a CTR much better for the cost.

I belive AMD XP'S are the best processors out on the market. I have a XP 2000+ and it's way faster than my dads new P4

i'd say if the monitor isnt coming on the vid card isnt in all the way or its fried or the computer isnt reconizing it and the screen isnt coming on. I had some probs with my first computer with the vid card. What are you running in your PC?

i would say an amd processor and if you have that money a Zenith Chaintech 7NJS motherboard. it is the best in my opinion and really fast
