Hmmmm! actually i feel the member needs to know the feedback so he can be on the same line with the moderators even if the moderators don't agree to his point. This would also help to let the member know what is expected of him before he can flag a post as bad.

Bearing in mind what debasidas and adam_K have said, For such large volume of data, keeping all in one table may cause difficulty when you want to make some update on the database structure and may also affect the rate at which data is retrieved.
And I was also surprised because although the USB had more than 3.00 GB covered, each of the folders(/files) was only 4.00 kB.
Don't know if this works for you, but the last time i had such error, here's what i did. But one thing i know is that your files still exist in those folders that's they show 4kb but when you right-click and check the folder property, it gives you its original size.
Had such attack and it converted all my folders into shortcuts and even folders of 20GB showed 5kb.

You need to show some effort. You can get a picture of what an attendance sheet (on paper) looks like and try computerizing it. When you start something, the concept and idea would keep coming. Keep us posted if you need more help
You can simply create a column named say 'BorrowCount' and let the initial value be zero(0). Once there's a new entry from the user, this value can be incremented by one and once it gets to three, you can provide your error message. Note that this would require your application querying the database to get the latest number of times the user has borrowed books on any new entry.

Well, most times for me its just the challenge. As far as I've started something, i must see it work so when i encounter challenges or errors, i keep trying and looking for solutions to get it done. I don't really make cash from programming except on some few cases. Like i remember writing programs for two of my colleagues in the course of my final year in school and remember billing them $200 each (that's about 25,000 in my local currency). :)
TuneUp Utilities works just fine for me. Sometimes, the error may be from the user especially users that are fond of editing items in the system registry.
