You can try sonic wall. it is a very good firewall that can also blocks sites that you have listed and you can send mail with the login information everytime. There is also other way but first all the computer must be on the same network. You can also install monitoring device such as remote management or team viewer and blcok some websites. Parental control can also blcok website and you can still send mail but it must be installed on every computer
Possible what file are you referring to. You can change the adminstrative rights means they can only save at the place where they open the file. They can do whatever thing with the file but it will remain there.

Good luck on your first exam. Basically if you are prepared or experience do not panic or it will cause your downfall. If you are good in the network forum or area you are ready to ace your test. Remember the basics, as it will be most likely to be tested. People may tend to focuse and study the difficult part but actually the basic will main up most of the component of the exam.
