I have the task of configuring storcenter px4-300r network storage,just some configuration has donebut remote configuration in yet ,when i arrive to the point of switch on the remote configuration,i see OFF check box but ON box is hiden,and remote is not configuring and disable and when u ping his IP it's request time out so what is the problem,pls help me, it`s hard to me.
