ok so im going to upgrade my ram and when i checked my ram for the info all i found was "256MB PC333 - Jun '03"

would "1GB Kingston PC2700-PC 2700 1 Go GB DDR333 DDR 333 Ram" work on my pc? thanks guys

We really need to know what make and model your computer is if it is retail, if it is a home brew we will need to know what the motherboard is.

You can also go to Crucial and use their configurator to determine what the motherboard is and what RAM will be compatible. There is another option there to have them scan your computer to find out this information. The recommendations will show the max amount of RAM per slot, the type of RAM it will run on, and the modules that they know will be compatible.
