can somebody please help me

my remote assistance doesn't allow other users to access my PC. it says "The invitation from ____ is here to start Remote Assistance was declined because the program is disabled or is not installed on your computer."

it says this even though i can assist others.

any ideas why i people can not assist me.

if it helps i am using a Windows XP computer

control panel - system properties - remote tab
that is where you control remote desktop and assistance. make sure your firewall is configured to allow RA through as well. RDP port is 3389, you might also need 3390
