I have a client that on start up gets a generic host process win32. At first two things would happen...1. the monitor would flicker on and off as if going into sleep mode. Probably unrelated and found hotfix from microsoft and so far so good. 2. the win32....after doing research finding out it could be a virus/spyware, video card, and or hp printer. Downloaded hot fix from microsoft. Have not done anything yet but.......need help not looking good in my clients eye. PLEASE HELP?
