I came back from break and my friend's computer was cycle booting. I told him to get his repair discs, which he did...
But now, when he tries to setup the repair, it goes straight to the Windows Desktop Blue screen and that's it. Nothing else.
It's a Sony Vaio desktop... It may help if I or he knew how to get into the BIOS settings, but, yea, help.

We aren't able to boot into safe mode and he didn't install anything new on his computer... He says it just started happening.
What OS are you running?
BTW have you tried using the "Last known good profile"?
