upon trying to boot up I get problem w windows-had to shut down. Underneath that it
says Kernel_Data_inpage error

Windows will not load in Normal Mode or in safe mode it simply shuts down and reboots over and over. Recovery mode will not work either.... after the dreadful blue screen, I get the Kernel error message. PLEASE HELP

Can you hear the HDD spinning? As Windows will keep rebooting if it is unable to detect a HDD.
Can access the BIOs still?
Have you made any recent hardware or software changes?

I am not sure but I dont think I can hear the HHD spinning. Iam sort of a novice here but I think i can still can still access bios. No software or hardware has being istalled lately, Thanks for your assistance
