Hello Everyone. I got a call from my mom about her computer. She can't change her background, in fact, her background is stuck on this Active Desktop Recovery thing. I've read what people have to say about correcting it, specifically, deleting the desktop.htt file. However, when trying to walk my mom through that (she lives in another state) we did a search and it did not find this file. We rebooted, and tried again, but to no avail. I did walk her through unclicking the hide ops system files in folder options before we tried the search. So...I was hoping someone has a different solution to this problem.
