I just built myself a new pc which has Windows XP and when I turn it on it asks me to select safe mode, safe mode with networking, ect, ect. Which ever one I select it goes black for a second then a blue screen flashes on then it goes right back to the select screen that I was just on. Any one know the problem?

As you can not start the PC in any mode, I would suggest that you do a fresh install of windows and try again.
Did you format the drive when you installed windows? Is it a new drive?

hey Daswich welcom to Daniweb.
can you please try to start windows after removing any hardware you installed and see how it behaves? if this fails and the problem continues then the best bet is to re install windows altogether.
