I was given a p2 233 pc w/ 95. I want install 98se so i can go wireless, but the pc will not let me do an upgrade with my 98 install cd, but says I will need a 98 upgrade disk. I decided to do a new install but the challenge is that my floppy does not work. How can I do a clean install or upgrade?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Gets a little complicated....
Windows 98SE was the second operating system to not need the very annoying CD Device Driver installation via floppy before the OS could be loaded since it was a bootable CD. The thing is, it doesn't exactly format and do all the other stuff it's supposed to do.
I can best suggest to save yourself a lot of aggrivation and just get a floppy drive for it. They usually run $12 USD and can come in handy with older operating systems.
