I recently did a fresh install of windows xp home edition. For some reason whenever i surf the web the screen drags when i try to scroll. It even happens when i click and pull down the bar. I know its not my internet speed. I have wireless. What could it be?

Yeah... that was the problem. However i realized this five minutes after i posted this thread. I looked over the cd that came bundled with the comp and found the audio and display drivers. Thanks anyway.
