Hauppauge Video Capture card
I recently changed my video card.

Now I am getting a resource conflict between the video card (AGP) and the capture card (PCI). I have contacted both XFX and Hauppauge, but neither offered a solution.(also no response from ABIT). It looks like my only hope of resurrecting the capture card is to go to from APCI HAL to standard HAL.
I tried doing a fresh install of Win XP. When I got to the "do you want to install 3rd party stuff" screen in the installation I pressed PF6 which took me to a HAL selection screen. Unfortunately, I was only presented 2 options and Standard HAL was NOT one of them.
Is there any firmware, driver or BIOS tweak available to change from APCI to Standard HAL?
