I'm using IE6 on Windows ME. When I load IE from the desktop, it launches as a full screen window but if I launch a link from a website as a new window, it launches as just the title bar. I seem to have lost the resize ability for the window - its either full screen or just the title bar!
How do I restore the resize option?

Jump to Postresize the new screeen. close all other windows but the new resized one and then close it. usualy thats how you can make sure IE opens in the sized window you want
