Hi,

first time visit....could anyone please help me. I have a Acer Aspire 5735Z, and Ive tried to look at a DVD. I can see the DVD, but I can't hear it. I can hear stuff from the Internet, the likes of youtube. I'm not at all clever with computers, so please can you make it simple.

I think we need more information from you. Which DVD viewing software are you using? What options have you set in the DVD viewing software?

I have no idea what DVD viewing software I have or about the options settings, as I said, I'm absolutely rubbish with computers. I wouldn't even know how to look for the stuff you mentioned.

The name of the program playing the DVD is usually displayed when it starts. Is it Windows Media Center? Or what?
