Hello there,

Whenever I try to install the Winbond CIR Transceiver software on my computer ( Toshiba, model Qosmio F 40 running on Windows Vista ).I get that message telling me that it is
well installed . But for some reason ... " This device cannot start " , ( code 10 ) .

Could somebody help me , Please ?

try Winbond CIR Transceiver manufactory website for support
maybe not windows vista compatible
or need new update driver
