I recently upgraded to Windows XP from Windows 98 Second Edition. If I right click on the desktop to arrange icons, The screen goes blank for 10 seconds and the icons return. I am not receiving any menu options on a right click on the desktop. I am concerned this is one of many glitches, and this is the only one I have found. Please assist if possible, what am I missing here?
