I recently updated my ATI Display Driver and all the stuff on my screen shrank. Well, it was like this the first time I bought the computer. But it grew after awhile and after I fixed a driver problem(ati2dvag.dll). The res is 1680x1050 and the stuff is set to 120Dpi. 15.4in display. Here are pics:

Anyways, it looks like your screen is set to a lower res after your update. Have you tried setting a higher resolution now, or setting it to 96 DPI?
