harddisk recognize but fail to boot,a blue screen flash i think for errors but disappear rapidly.how to fix this and what is the problem?

Jump to PostIf you hit <F8> while booting and get to the Windows boot menu (Boot in safe mode, etc) there is an option to turn off automatic restart. This will let you see the message and blue screen.

Have you inserted a new hard into the system i had the same issues i eventually had to change my hard maybe their are some errors in your hard!
