I have Two Programs on my xp Computer, Spybot-Search and Destroy, and Ad-Aware SE, I am thinking of adding a third which one is best Spywareblaster,or Windows Defender?

I'd recommend Windows Defender as it performs a real time scan of your system. That's to say that it starts along with your computer and stays active all the while.


[Edit]: I just got an update that there can be a conflict with Windows Defender and Spybot's own resident scanner, TeaTimer. I'd recommend you turn off TeaTimer before running Defender.
