I removed a program and now my desktop is just the wallpaper. I also have no start menu or icons. If I hold ctrl+alt+del I can run some programs through task manager, but not internet. I get a message referring to "Normaliz.dll". Please help! Thanks

I did a system restore, but the only date available was after the problem started. Any other ideas?

The removal of the program seems to have removed part of Windows. A reinstall is in order.
