I was online the other day on a member site, but got introuble because they detected that i had 2 acounts. If i was using 1 isp for one account could i use another isp to create another account without my ip being logged the same. In ohter words, will my ip be diferent with different isp's?

This "2 accounts" problem is created by some server masters with little minds. They don't seem to understand that husbands and wives might have the same email addresses for monetary reasons, but neeed different posting names.
